For most lab testing, yes — your physician or ordering provider must supply a requisition. We can guide you on what to request if you're unsure. Some tests don't require a physician order; call us to discuss your specific needs.
We work with most major labs including Quest Diagnostics, LabCorp, and others. Specify your preferred lab when booking and we'll coordinate accordingly.
Fasting requirements depend on the tests ordered. Your physician's order will specify if fasting is needed. Drink water, wear loose sleeves, and have your ID ready.
